Angela – Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader, Teacher

Angela has been employed at Barry Rd Pre School since 1989. She graduated from University in 1986 with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education. Since being employed Angela has completed her Bachelor of Education and Masters Of Education by coursework. Angela feels that she is very lucky to be working in the field which was always her childhood dream. Angela will be on long service leave for 2024.

 

Steph – Teacher, Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader

Steph was employed at Barry Rd Pre School as an educator in 2016. She has since Graduated from her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2017 and Bachelor of Early Learning in 2020. Steph has always had a passion for working with children and providing them with the highest quality care and education.

 

 

Rachael- Educator 

My name is Rachael, I am really grateful  to have become an Educator at Barry Road Kindergarten and have the opportunity to work alongside the wonderful staff here. As an educator it is really rewarding seeing the children grow and develop into confident little people and to know I had some part in it. When I am not working I love spending time with my family and friends.

 

Rita – Office Administrator

Rita has been involved with Barry Rd Pre-School since 1996 as all 4 of her children attended the centre. Throughout that time Rita has been on the Committee of Management and was  President for 7 years.  Since 2012 Rita has been employed as the Office Administrator, she says,   it’s a job she thoroughly enjoys given the fact that  we have such fantastic staff to work with.     

 

Charlotte – Educator  

Charlotte completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2018.  Charlotte enjoys working with children and is happy to be working at Barry Road Preschool and looking forward to helping the children grow and develop their own independence.

 

 

Tayla –  Educator

Tayla has recently become a part of the Barry Road Preschool team. She completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2022 and is delighted to be able to work alongside the staff and families. She attended kindergarten at Barry Road as a child, and she is excited to be able to provide the same quality care and education to the children that she received.

 

 

Tharika –  Teacher

Tharika is joining the Barry Road PreSchool team for 2024. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood in 2021 and has been working as a Kindergarten teacher since. She loves being around children and exploring the world through their eyes.
